However, if, by any chance, we don't find suitable matches within the timeframe outlined in our agreement, not to worry! You'll have the option to extend your membership or get a prorated refund for any introductions yet to come your way. What if Kat recommends some Image Makeover activities and I don’t want to do them?

She might suggest a few Image Makeover items during your in-person meeting, but only if she believes they'll boost your chances of finding that perfect match.
